  • Redrafting medical staff bylaws and assisting the medical staff in the conduct of professional review actions and reporting to the National Practitioner Data Bank

  • Providing advice to hospitals and clinics on funding issues, compliance with federal regulations, such as the Stark Law, the Health Care Quality Improvement Act of 1986, the Indian Health Care Improvement Act and EMTALA, and drafting and reviewing contracts on a wide-variety of health care-related issues
